Hi I am a joint tenant with my parents of a hdb 3 room flat which my parents paid monthly with cash for the hdb loan. I was added as a co-owner as a gift after the flat has been fully paid.I do not contribute my cpf. My query is whether my parents need to buy my share of the flat when i remove my name as co-owner. I intend to apply for a new flat before marriage. My parents do not want to sell or downgrade flat.
