Good afternoon potential condo buyer! You will be able to enjoy ABSD relief if your wife sells off her HDB and purchase her first and only property with you. But if both of you decide to keep the HDB, and purchase the condo solely under your name or both names, it will be 15% (higher of 7% or 15%) If not, you can choose to purchase under your wife's name only, it will be 7% ASBD. Hope it helps! If you need any assistance in property purchase, feel free to contact me. Cheers!
