Hi,

I am a foreigner(Indian) with 200K cash,would like to buy a new/resale condo which is in a move-in-condition from April 2014.Please suggest on the breakup of BSD and ABSD along with the price of the condo.Also am I eligible to buy an EC?

You are only eligible to purchase resale EC which are privatised (10 years old and above)

For eg. $1M property

BSD (3% x $1M)- $5400 = $24,600
ABSD 15% = $150000
