Hi MickeyMouse,

Basing on your cash on hand, you should go for 2-BRs unit at $600K range. For foreigner, there will be the buyer's satmp duty of 13% you need to pay.

There are a few FH projects low rise of 2-BRs at $6xxK. Please feel free to drop me an email, so I can send you more info.
