Hi, I am a foreigner holding EP. I wish to buy a studio/1 bedroom private condominium. I would like to enquire if I am eligible to service my house loan using my CPF account after I have obtained singapore PR (future) in the case where I have already started servicing my house loan before I am PR (dont have CPF yet).
