Hi I am a divorcee with 2 children and co-owner of hdb flat with outstanding loan under hdb cpf loan with my mum and sister. I am planning to marry a divorcee who co-owns a hdb flat (fully paid) with his brother and a mother who is an occupier. Does anyone of us need to sell our hdb flat if we get married? Is there any other solutions other than selling as we do not want to disrubt the lives of the people currently living in either flats?
