Hi i am a bankruptcy and just divorce. Can i still get a resale flat. Info: already used up my 2 hdb loans chances. Have about 100k cpf and a stable job for 8 years taking back about 2.6k-3.1k /mth. Ty

Evening, The good news is that you are still eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under single scheme, if you are aged 35 and above. Being bankruptcy, it's unlikely that bank will provide you with the mortgage loan required. You will have to appeal to HDB for market rate loan if you are in need for the purchase.
