Hi,

Since you are 35 and above local, if your income is 6k & below, applying using Single Singapore Citizen Scheme, you can apply for hdb loan and 1st timer grant of 15k. If you parents names are included as occupants, another 10k for PHG. Thanks and may I understand your requirements further and assist with your purchase?
