Hi
I am 65 retired. Intending to sell my Lease Hold 21 year old terraced house at Woodlands. Due to lease decay, it is getting harder to sell as there is hardly any capital appreciation for the next buyer and to recoup the capital of the house will take 35 to 40 years for next buyer. i am intending to let go at 1.45m and buy a brand new condominium for capital appreciation. Anyone interested to help me sell.
