Hi , I am 50 years old North Indian male Singapore PR . I looking one common room for rent. Currently I am staying in Tampines Street 41.. My house owner has sold out his house. I am staying with my current owner for more than 10 years but unfortunately my house owner sold the house. I urgently need rental room end of January 2024.
I can effort to pay rent maximum $ 600 per month.
I no need aircon , cooking , WiFi only I need to wash my laundry once a week or once in 2 weeks.
Please kindly assist me to find rent room around Tampines Street 41 or 42 to because I working In Tampines.
