Hi, I am 36 years old and have been Singapore PR for about 10 years. Currently I am planning to buy my first property. As my fiancee is not Singapore Citizen/ Singapore PR yet, hence it seems my only option would be buying private property (Apartment or Condo). For 30K Cash and 70K CPF and monthly income 3.5K, what would be the reasonable property price I should target to find?

Based on funds available, your probably looking at units selling at $500k max assuming you are eligible for loan, which you are only able to look into primary projects on sale now. Currently, I believe only Coco Palms has units within this price range but could have probably been snapped up already.
