Hi, I am 27, Singaporean, and intending to buy a condo with a friend. Either a 1 BR or 1 BR + study in the West. Our budget is $650k.

You guys are purchasing for own stay or investment?

How much is your in principle approval?

Do you guys intend to utilise CPF OA funds? There could be some restrictions on usage. For instance for married person, you cant utilise CPF OA funds in property purchase with an unrelated person.

Perhaps we can meet up over a cup of coffee first to discuss and explore what are the options available for you. Then from there, you will have a better idea which option is more suitable for both of you.
