Dear landlord, I suppose that getting the right tenant in as soon as possible would be the utmost concern for a landlord in today's challenging market in rental. You would probably be more willing to pay a slight premium than to lose more than 1 month of rental through vacancy. Lastly, there is no regulations on commission for rental and it is all up to what you are willing to pay and what the salesperson is demanding, on top of finding the right tenant.
