Are you referrring to Kembangan side or Geylang side?

It makes some difference in terms of pricing. For instance, I had transacted a 3 bedroom apartment without facilities at $3400 a month. Basing on this, an realistic price range would be $2400 if the project does not have facilities and locality will also play huge importance.
