The question is instead how much are you willing to pay the agent for securing a tenant for a new apartment?
Typically, an agent is likely to charge half month of rental (excluding GST for GST registered agencies) for 1year tenancy. Any tenancy duration above 1year, it will be a full month rental (excluding GST for GST registered agencies). There is no regulation stipulating how much to pay therefore how much you are willing to pay is the 1st and foremost consideration.If it is acceptable to agents,then a deal can be strike with the right tenants.
