Hi, how many person can own a single condo? If our combined income is only $5k per month, 100k cpf, possible to get a condo for investment?

Our BTO is ready only in mid 2013. If we decide to forgo the downpayment and cancel the BTO application, how long will it take before we can buy a condo?
