Dear Charlie, normal stamp duties of 3% of selling price minus $5400 will e applicable if you sell now.

Since you have been holding onto the property for more than one yr, seller stamp duty is not applicable in this instance.

If your option was exercised before 30 Aug 2010, you are free to sell your property without paying any seller stamp duty.
