Hi,

Yes 20% downpayment and relevant stamp duties are payable within 8 weeks of booking of unit.

5% cash, 15% CPF and 3% stamp duties n legal fees (if SC purchasing 1st residential property)

Progressive payment means your monthly mortgage increases gradually until condo TOPs, depending on construction progress. Thanks and which condo are you keen on? May I assist with your requirements further?

Hi Serene,

Yes you will still need 20% downpayment ready for a new launch purchase.

Normally it will be a 5% booking fee and exercise within 3 weeks from the delivery of S&P. Then pay stamp duties within 2 weeks from exercise date. Lastly 15% CPF/ cash downpayment within 8 weeks from date of option.

While progressive mortgage payment will depends on the stage of project construction.
