Hi Guys, I urgently need to know when selling HDB flat, the Late payment charge incurred due to installment arrears whether can be offset by CPF proceeds from the selling or must be pay in cash. . I am facing the problem to settle in cash now and worries the late charge will get my selling rejected by HDB..one more question, when i read the Financial details, there is outstanding balance and outstanding installment, is the amount of the outstanding installment is already included with outstanding balance or they count separately. Any expert please kindly advice..thank you so much.
