I am looking to buy a 2-bed room condo in orchard park. My budget is 600-700K. Can you share following info,
1)Availability.
2)How much rent+maintainence fee, if put on rent after buy.
3)Does it easily cover my bank instalment assuming 80% loan for 30 yrs plus can I earn some extra cash out of rent minus instalment.
