You'll be able to start enjoying the benefits of investment through rental for NV Residence and Livia as Livia has already TOP while NV Residence is about to TOP soon. I am quite sure that from an investor's point of view, you do not want to be paying interest on the property but do not enjoy the gain of it.
I have a 2 bedder 760sqf at NV Residence selling for $784k on high floor (above #10). Projected rental yield is likely to be around 4.5% up. Owner has already pre-signed the option and has given my team until tomorrow to get the buyer in. Thereafter, price will be revised to $800k which is the existing calling price for most units on high floor.
