Hi Kenneth, Are you looking forward in purchasing a home or purchasing an EC as your investment vehicle which will be sold after 5 years therefore the physical conditions or parameters of the unit available for sale does not concern you as a buyer? We fully understand that all buyers are looking to catch on the lowest price when they purchase their units, nevertheless, no one will be able to predict how the market will be in the coming months or years. As for now, the market movements are greatly affected by the various measures implemented to cool the property prices, therefore if you were to ask me, it is at an artificial low. At any point of time, it could change, therefore I would strongly advise you that should you come across units that appeal to you and price is easily affordable, do not wait any longer as you could be missing out on the best unit for you and have to settle for 2nd best or worse off.
