Hi Gurus, with rental of 4BR at The Chuan attaining 8k per month, is it fair to expect the same or more for a 4BR at The Scala given that location is much better with a side gate right at the entrance of LC MRT?

May I enquire how did you know about the rental rate achieved for The Chuan?

Wayne has painted a great picture for your understanding. Be it the condition, level and furnishing options, you will likely require to match these details to call for a similar pricing.

Tenants do not mind to pay a bit lesser and walk a few more steps to save that few dollars a month.

    Hi Geryl,

    According to one guru who wrote about The Chuan, "The latest transaction for 4 bedroom is at $8k on 15th June 2012. The previous one is at $6.5k in Feb."
