We only know that residential supply will remain as it is for short term and may even reduce over period of time. The magic question will be how does it affect the housing demand in the area, since there will be no new residential developments. Ancillary estates nearby has also ongoing developments which will indirectly support the residential demand therefore it will be interesting to monitor how the trend will be like.
