Hi Gurus, what would be the approx legal fee payable by the BUYER for a condo at 1.2M SGD given that there are no more Legal subisdy offered by the banks now ? Is Legal fee for conveyancing for representing the Buyer, Bank and CPF negotialble with the Law firms or is it a fixed package/Amount ? and what's the current market ? Please advise. Thanks
