Hi gurus! What is the common practice to price the difference between master and common bedrooms. Lets take an exemple: total rent: 3300SGD in a fully furnished condo. 1 master room occupied by one couple 1 common room occupied by a single person How should we split? Regards,

    Hi Geryl, thank you for your answer. I actually tried, but there is not much rooms for rent in this condo online; and it's also difficult to know if the rooms available online are within a 2 bedrooms appt. I just want to know what is the usual practice. Thanks a lot!
