Hi zxlmzh,

May I know what are your concerns in regards to the new cooling measures?

The cooling measures took effect from 12 Jan 2013 onwards. If you are worried that you have to sell your HDB when your condo TOP, rest assured it wont apply to you unless you bought your unit after the new cooling measures had taken effect.
