Hi Gurus, We are married sc below 35 years old,We intend to get a new ec unit vvip preview.We had already sold our resale 5 room with cpf grant.Are we considered 2nd timers?are our chances of getting a unit slim? Are we eligible for 80% bank loan as we do not own any property at hand?

Hi

Qn1: We had already sold our resale 5 room with cpf grant.Are we considered 2nd timers?

Ans1: Yes, you are considered a 2nd timer as resale 5rm HDB flat was purchased with a CPF grant.

Qn2: are our chances of getting a unit slim?

Ans2: It really depends on the interest generated for the new EC launch. If there's any over-subscription, 70% of the units will be balloted for 1st timers and 30% for 2nd timers.

Qn3: Are we eligible for 80% bank loan as we do not own any property at hand?

Ans3: Yes, you are eligible for up to 80% bank loan subject to the banks assessment of the various factors such as income level, any outstanding loans etc.
