i have 1bedroom unit for sale at Kovan Grandeur,immediate rental return 4.x%..brand new unit,just 3months old..asking $590k only!walking distance to Kovan MRT..

alternatively,i have new project at Woodlands,1bedroom unit price from $398k only!!TOP 2014..near Woodlands MRT..launching very soon..
