Hi Gurus, the current period to avoid the SSD is 3 years. May I know what are the dates to be taken when determining the 3 year period:

- OTP date of purchase to OTP date of sale?
- Completion date of purchase to completion date of sale

Hi,

SSD duration is computed using the OTP exercise date/S&P Agreement exercise date when you execute it, to the same OTP/S&P Agreement exercise date when the buyer of your unit executes it.
