Hi Gurus, recently I have found a tenant for my 2 bedder condo, when come to tenancy they disagree with the minor repair clause and the reason given is furniture provided are dated. The worst part is my agent seems to agree with them, can I check is this the common practice in the market ? Does it means I need to replace it as and when there is a breakdown ? Please advice. Thanks !

depend on what is broke. it is due to wear and tear. you should replace. it is due to human fault then they should pay the first $150 or amount stated in TA. Read More
