Hi Guru's.
Myself and 2 others will be looking to rent an apartment for 12 months on a budget between 3000-4000 SGD a month (Fully furnished, Inc utilities / would pay for internet if none already included) starting from the end of January next year. We're looking for 3 a bedroom apartment situated as near as possible to Kim Yam Rd. We will be students (all of mature ages) and won't have our student passes when we arrive immediately - does this affect any ability to sign contracts?
Our initial thought is that we will look for somewhere once we have arrived and stay in a hotel in the meantime. Any advice on how best to contact agents when we arrive to have a tour of some places, i.e through phone contact or website etc would be helpful.
