Under standard case, HDB are owned under joint tenancy which mean both owners have equal share to the unit. After sales, CPF contributed will return to individual account and the proceed will be split accordingly.

As a general guide,

For HDB purchased with HDB loans, the sale proceeds (including the option monies) will be used to pay off the following, in the order of priority as follows :

outstanding HDB loan;
HDB resale levy (if any);
required CPF refunds
All costs/expenses relating to the sale and thereafter any balance to be divided between you and your spouse, as the court sees fit.
