Hi Sai,

Estuary is in North and NV Residence is East. How are we able to compare these 2 in terms of investment portfolio, I am not very sure.

My own opinion is that NV Residence maybe a slightly better choice as I am more familiar with properties in the east. On top of that, needless to say, I have 2 units of 2 bedders for sale in NV Residence, 1 on high floor and 1 on low floor. Price from $750k upwards.
