Hi Gurus, Is it right time to buy a private new condo? All of them aroud 1000psf and with progressive payment might reach 1200psf by TOP. Who knows the price of future market after 4-5 years which i have to be tensed every day to monitor the property market. As per property cycle in singapore always have up and down. Please advise me on even buying old condo's at 800-1000psf is a right price now?

Hi Kumar,

There is really a lot of things to look out for if you are into property investments.

The best advice i can give you is to make friends with as many agents as possible.

I am sure that you will have a clearer picture then.

Maybe you would like to consider getting something with Interest Absorption Scheme(IAS)?With that,you do not have to pay anything until it is TOP..on hand,i have a few projects that offer IAS..namely TREVISTA @ Toa Payoh, Kovan Residence @ Kovan MRT..if you are keen,please drop me a line for further discussion.Thanks
