Hi Gurus,
I'm looking to buy a terrace house in D20 - Sin Ming Road area (Jln Mingu, Jln Pintau etc)
Couple of questions here
1) How is the construction of the NS expressway gonna affect the prices there?
2) The land size for the terrace houses there are mostly small, averaging 850-1000 sq feet. Yet most sellers are asking for prices from 1200psf onwards. I feel it's rather overpriced as the URA website shows that successful transactions with Caveat lodged on around 1000psf.
