Hi Nair,

Unfortunately, none of the above offers attractive rental yield. Windsor ($2.39 psf), Thomson Grove ($2.55 psf) and Bullion Park ($2.75 psf).

    Hi Jeron,

    Thanks for your reply. I was looking at those due to its proximity to my house(Teacher's Estate), and also if the capital gain increase over the next 3 years.

    Hi Kevin,

    Yes rental potential is a major factor, and second is a locality close to my house, in case i do plan to stay in the condo in a few years time. Also why I'm looking at these properties is in case of en bloc potential.
