Hi Gurus, Im currently studying RE course..i need to ask you guys some questions..1: HDB OTP form and Private Property OTP Form..R we suppose to use the same form? If no, where can i find an OTP form for private property OTP form coz i can only find the hdb OTP form. 2: The 8 prescribed forms from URA are also known as the sales and purchase agreement right? Maybe someone can state the procedure of the 2..and the differences.. I'm quite confused with this... thanks Gurus!!
