Hi Gurus,

I'm a single Malaysia PR and interested to buy a condo with my sibling located near choa chu kang area till jurong area. Is it possible to get a resale condo <800k or new condo which TOP@2013~2014?

By the way, can a single PR buy a resale EC or apartment in Singapore?

Dear CS,

I would recommend that you go for resale units of at least 2-bedroom and 700 sft. Your budget is definitely workable. Please avoid the temptation of buying a small shoebox unit just because it appears "cheap", keep a clear head on how much you're paying per square foot, and don't take projected rental yield as guaranteed.
