Hi gurus, I'm a singaporean and my wife is a foreigner, currently she is holding a one year visit pass. At first we thought of purchasing 4rm resale flat but this year my wife will give birth baby gal so i thinking whether i can purchase new flat together with my child? Please advice! Thanks!
