Dear owner,

There are 3 sales transactions recorded in the year of 2015 for Nova 88, with the latest transaction a similar sized unit at $1.45m. Andrew has indicated that investors will prefer to purchase over a tenanted unit, however, it greatly depends on what the rental is for the property before it becomes attractive.

It will be great if you are able to share how much has your unit been rented out for and we can take on to advise from there. I do have handful of investors who are keen to consider units which are tenanted in price range under $2m. Let me know more details of your property perhaps.
