Hi gurus, Iam looking for a studio or 1 bed less than 650k . It should be within city limits ( no farrer park pls) , shud be high floor,with gym or pool atleast ..Iam very interested in high storey towers with good view( city view or water front view) for immediate occupation..pls provide the unit details along with price to my email.Ian really serious n will approach the agents immediately for the right price

Hi Shan,

If you can wait for The Verve to be TOP next year, I have a unit at #18. 2nd highest floor. Have 2 pool and gym. #18 level and facing South. Near to Novena and city as well.
