Hi Gurus,

I would like to check if there are any 1 br units for sale at Estuary?

1. When is the expected TOP? As i heard that there are certain projects that TOP much earlier than stated officially (1 year earlier?)

2. And also for the stamp duty (3%?), when do i have to pay this?

Hi YQ,

1-BR unit are always in hot demand. Currently I do have a 2-BRs unit at The Estuary if you want to consider. Is 926 sq. ft., and facing Yishun stadium with unblocked view.
