Hi gurus

I was staying in a rental hdb flat. Now i have to break the lease due to my project work termiination in singapore. Owner told he willl forefeit the advance as i am breaking lease 1 month before and also wont refund the deposit even if i find a replacement. So wih no option i left . But still the owner and agents are pushing me to pay tv internet pub bills cleaning apartment etc

Already they have my 2000 sgd and now want more money

Pleasehelp me how to resolve this
