Hi,

Commission is not fixed, and is to be negotiated between the parties.

There are a lot of agents in the market who are willing to charge only 1% commission. In fact, I know some even go lower than 1%.

For me, I will not delve too much on the commission. I will rather focus on helping my Sellers achieve the best possible price in today's market. Because when I do so, my Sellers will usually reward me with my rightful commission.

No doubt, as a Seller, you can choose an Agent who only charges you 0.5% to 1% commission. End of the day, do you think that this Agent can deliver you the results that you want?
