Hi gurus. I need your advice. How many joint tanency (owner) for 1 unit of private condominium. Actually, i am planing with couple of my friend to invest 1 unit of private condo. How many of us can have the ownership of the unit.

Hi, I would not suggest more than 4 joint owners as it will results in more conflict later when you sell off the unit.
