Hi Gurus!

I just bought a private property and today I've just found out that there might be a chance that the property will be going enbloc from collective sales committee meeting.
My question is since I'm a foreigner and just bought this property, if the enbloc went through will i lose money? as i just bought the property, paid the additional stamp duty, and spent on renovation as well
please advise

Thanks

Hi Michael,

It boils down to the final deal and offer the developer is making.
