Hi Gurus!

I just bought a private property and today I've just found out that there might be a chance that the property will be going enbloc from collective sales committee meeting.
My question is since I'm a foreigner and just bought this property, if the enbloc went through will i lose money since i just bought the property, paid the additional stamp duty, and also I just did some renovation?

Thanks

Hi Michael,

Depending on what is the enbloc payout amount, you may or may not lose money if the enbloc goes through.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Hi Michael, en bloc is a complicated process. Unless the majority of owners agree to it and are compensated satisfactory you should not need to worry.
