Hi Gurus I have rented a flat with 1 year rental and a clause for minimum six month stay. Now this month I am completing the 7th month and wish to leave the flat. But it seems from the behavior of my owner that she does not wants to return back my deposit. Please suggest what should I do. I have kept the flat very clean and neat whatever small small things needs to be done I already have done and have kept the flat in a condition as was given.
