Hi gurus, I have recently bought a four room unit at Sea Horizon n would like to change it to a five room unit instead as my parents would like to stay with me. Anyone has a list of unsold five rooms at the SH n pl advise if there are other fees to be paid in addition to the difference in price? What's the procedure like as I bought my unit at launch. If it's not advisable to change unit pl let me know too. Thanks
